The NCFLD,a regional center of International Board of Certified Trainers (IBCT), is striving to achieve excellence in Human resource development (HRD) in Egypt, North African and
the Middle East.
It is a leading institution in training, internationally certifying trainers, and HRD in the area of higher education, management, and leadership in public and private institutions.


Mission

The NCFLD offers excellent opportunities to individuals who are willing to develop their leadership abilities.It provides training-of trainer (TOT) programs to train and internationally certify the potential trainers and HRD consultants.It ofers programs to raise the skills and to positively and professionally change attitude in all fields with special emphasis on faculty members in Higher education institutions.
HRD consultation is another service provided by the center.

NCFLD Objectives

  1. Increase awareness of the importance of technical and professional training as the other wing of education for integrated qualification of Human resources.
  2. Develop HE institutions capacity of professional training to enhance performance.
  3. Increase professional and institutional efficiency of human resources .
  4. Develop soft skills of faculty members and their assistants as a necessity for self development.
  5. Encourage the use of Technology in Teaching, Research, and management, and train concerned individuals.
  6. Supervise and coach the application of creative skills in the field of Education, Management and Leadership.
  7. Increase the efficiency of young researchers in Egypt.
